All prices on this website are in DKK (Danish Kroner) or EURO. Prices include Danish sales tax and duties. In paying by credit card, you are always protected against misuse of your card. You will always be able to stop a payment after receiving your bank statement. The data you send in connection with a purchase by use of a credit card is encrypted (SSL), so that only the safe and secure payment gateway can read it. Neither Vilhelmine Design nor any other party is able to read this data.
Payment is deducted from your account when Vilhelmine Design ships your order. The amount you confirmed at the time of purchase is the maximum amount that you will pay.
Vilhelmine design accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Dankort, MasterCard and Eurocard.

Vilhelmine uses Post Danmark or GLS as its shipping company.
Your order is subject to additional costs including; delivery with insurance (package), packaging and credit card fees.
No matter the quantity/size of the order, the maximum charge of DKK65 applies for deliveries within Denmark’s borders.

Delivery time refers to the number of days that pass before Vilhelmine ships the ordered items. Delivery time will normally be from 3-5 days in Europe.

You have a 30 day return policy on goods, from the day they are received. As a buyer you must inform Vilhelmine Design if you regret your purchase. It is not enough to refuse to accept the goods by transferring the item to the post office, or by returning the product to the following return address. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it in. You can take the product in use and still return the item within 30 days. Vilhelmine Design may deduct an amount equal to the product of impairment.
Responsibility for the goods during the return is yours. Disappearing package or is it damaged during shipment, it is you who are liable for the goods. It is recommended to return as a package so you have the receipt and insurance from the shipping company.

In the event of returning a purchase, the price of the purchase will be credited to the account that was registered in connection with your purchase. Credit will be given as quickly as possible, after we have received the returned product(s) provided that they meet the conditions for right of return. Buyers are responsible for postal charges for returned items.

There is a two-year warranty provided in accordance with standard consumer law, which covers manufacturing and material defects that are ascertained during normal use of the product. Damage to the product resulting from incorrect use, incorrect mounting, mistreatment, modifications or gross misuse by the user, are not covered by the warranty. Vilhelmine Design must be informed of defects, able to be determined by a normal inspection of the product, within a reasonable time frame, if the product is to be replaced. Thereafter, the product can be returned for repair, to be replaced or, if agreed, to be credited. In the case of replacement of a faulty product, Vilhelmine Design will pay associated shipping costs, as long as these are reasonable. Service is faster and easier on returns when full details are received with the return package – for example a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for crediting the bank account, a copy of any related correspondence, etc.
